Eric has been with Hi-Tech Appliance, Inc. since 2005 and has been working with appliances since he was able to walk. He is NFI Certified and has received numerous appliance certifications as well. Eric specializes in Gas Fireplaces and Pellet stoves.

Eric has been with Hi-Tech Appliance, Inc. since 2013. Thanks to his father, a parts manager himself, Eric brings with him an excellent base knowledge of the parts world. With Customer Service as his #1 goal, Eric strives to leave everyone with a smile on their face.

Tye has been with Hi-Tech Appliance, Inc. since 1997 and has more experience in appliance repair than most people have in their last three careers combined! Tye specializes in the laundry, dishwasher, and cooking equipment.

Peter has been with Hi-Tech Appliance, Inc. since 2000. He specializes in cooking and kitchen equipment and has years of factory training under his belt.

Shane came on board with Hi-Tech Appliance, Inc. in 2006 and brought with him five years of dispatching experience. He has become a valuable asset to both our service and delivery teams by keeping parts and product receiving coordinated with both the service and delivery schedules.

Alan is our newest technician bringing 12 years of appliance repair experience with him. Joining us in 2015, he has been a welcome addition to our team, and he specializes in all makes and models of appliances.
